Authentication problems - number changed

Hi, 

This is in regards to a Canadian Paypal account.

 

I seem to have a circular problem. 

I have recently deactivated my phone number and cannot get past the account verification step with my mobile. I am unable to log in, and unable to ask any questions/send messages because all of those require me to log in.

 

Please help

Call them. Im from UK so dont know PayPal Canada number
There will be a bot but just repeat that you cant access account and he will connect you to the person. I was waiting around 20 min till connected to a person. He changed my phone number on the phone
