Authentication failed

Hi, 

 

My employer added me as his one of the users of his Paypal Account. However, when I tried to login, I am getting this error:
I already tried logging in on Desktop, laptop and another browser, clear cache and cookies but still the same. 

Please advise what can I do or am I missing on something?

I am sorry to hear that you can't log into the account after being added as a secondary user. From the error message you provided here, it seems like you would need to add a phone number for verification purposes. I would recommend asking the account holder to log into the account with their credentials and making the necessary adjustments to add the phone number.
