Authentication code request by paypal support message
Please kindly advise if it is right for the support center of paypal to ask for one time password sent to mobile number in order to resolve an issue. Yesterday I needed to resolve an issue and I contacted the support through the contact us link on the paypal. Emmanuel who attended to me requested that i should send the code he sent to my phone. I did not send the code back to him but my issue is still not resolved. Do you advise me to send this code? Is this going to be save for my account?
