Hello. I'm trying to log in to my account. I'm being asked I need to authenticate the account by clicking on a button that will generate a phone call. I'm then to input the onscreen code. Unfortunately the telephone number is an old one. I'm offered the option of confirming a different way. When I click on that I'm just brought back to the screen before. I'm going round in circles. Any ideas?
