I would like to clarify whether there is a possibility to verify Austrian PayPal for a student from Ukraine who is studying in Austria? At the moment I rent an apartment and I have local phone number, but do not have bank account in an Austrian bank. Have it in Polish and Bulgarian banks. In this case, do I have a chance to verify my profile and make payments?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

So as far as I understand, even if I open an account in an Austrian bank, I still need to use Ukrainian PayPal, since I have Ukrainian citizenship? At the moment I am studying in Austria, I have a local phone number and address of residence.
