Australia account forget my password

i forget my password  ,security questions  and  alos  last for num of credit card  :  )  i have only my email accunt  they sent ony number  not repassword and  after ask securty question

and i left the Australia permanently that mean my number not acctive i dont use it anymore , so by mistake  i gave someone  account of Pay Pay to refund money on Australia  account  , now he say all done how can i chack ? and also how can i got my money  ? pleas some one help
