How do I change my primary phone number? Also the email I'm using on this account is old and I want to change that. How do I do this if possible?

Go to the account settings page (wheel icon).

Add the new phone number, marking it your primary and confirm it first before removing the old one.

Same for the email address, then go back into the new email to mark it your primary before removing the old one.
