This is a long slot but I'm hoping someone out there may have some advice on what to do... Awhile ago I linked my PayPal account to my Apple account on my phone and then about a month ago I had to link my bank account to my PayPal because I no longer have a card to link with it. Once I linked my bank account in now unable to download or update the apps on my phone.
