App Store - Log in Problem

Hello there, I keep getting "Sorry, we weren't able to set up preapproved payments at this time." error from the app store when I'm trying to log-in pay pal.

Hey @EliTheNuran,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble logging in and setting up pre-approved payments. It sounds like your attempt to set up the agreement is being blocked by our internal security. I would advise clearing your cache and cookies and trying a different browser or device. Hopefully the payment completes soon!
