Hi
I am trying to send proof of identity and my accounts restricted until it's received. I have taken numerous photos on both my phone and the camera. every time I upload one onto the paypal form my photo appears in the box but it will not let me continue. The continue button is there but it won't turn green for me to submit the photo. Underneath my photo it gives the option to remove photo and that is the only option available to me. What am I doing wrong?Or what is wrong with my photo? Thanks in advance for any help offered
