You can no longer use PayPal. (Ref ID - PP-L-224731913234) I was asked by paypal to upload documents to restore my account. I uploaded documents and account was restored. The IRS direct deposited stimulus payment to my account on April 30th. Then paypal immediately limited permanently my account. MY QUESTION IS DURING THIS COVID19 PANDEMIC IS PAYPAL ALLOWED TO KEEP MY IRS STIMULUS PAYMENT EVEN AFTER I UPLOADED THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS???

Depends on why they limited your account in the first place and if they were happy with the documents you sent.

You would need to ask them.
