Hi community,
It recently came to my attention that I had a second paypal account for my band ten years ago. I completely forgot about it so it has been sitting dormant for all of that time.
I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account.
I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account.
I successfully answered my secret questions, BUT it then said l needed to confirm either through email or phone. Sigh.
What can I do here?
