Hi am now in kuwait country I tried many times to get my account back thank god I solved it but now am trying to change my address and mobile number and country but can’t! Is there any Idea how to fix it thank u.

PayPal accounts are country specific. You will need to close the account and open a new account in your new country.

Make sure to unlink all financial accounts before closing the account.
