Am I allowed to create a business account and use at as a personal account?

I don't use my legal name in any aspect of my life besides with my parents and siblings. Paypal.me puts my legal name right there and I don't want my friends or colleagues knowing my legal name so I created a business account since that replaces your legal name with your business name. But I don't actually have a business I just don't want my name out there. So really what I'm wondering is will I get in trouble with paypal at all for using a business account as a personal account for paypal.me?

You won't have any problems with PayPal that I'm aware of, but the income into that account would be treated as business income and you would receive a 1099 at the end of the year that you would owe taxes on.
