Hello, trying to update my address on my card but i keep getting an error message. anyone know what the problem might be and how to resolve. thanks

The only thing I can think of is to ensure the billing address is updated on the card first with the card issuer.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
