How Come when I try to add or update my address info it keeps saying incorrect?

Could be something to do with your financial instruments' (bank accounts/cards) name and billing address has to match your new billiing/primary address?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
