Additional Debit card added but cant move money to it

 I deleted an old card and created alternative - no problems but the card is showing on the second line still it is active.  When I try to transfer money I am being asked to create an account.

Are you talking about withdrawing funds from your paypal balance?

If so then you can only do so via a linked bank account and not via a debit or credit card in the UK.
