Adding someone to your paypal account

Can I add my spouse to my account?  I can't seem to find anything on the web.  I did find adding users for a business account but not for a regular account.  So do I have to close this account and my spouse open an account?

A personal account is for x1 person only unless as you say its a business account and you are a registered business or high volume seller.

Nothing to stop you both having a personal account, myself and my husband both have personal accounts.
