I tried confirming my debit card then I got the code in my statement but it says the code isn't right so I tried 3 times and after that I can't link my card anymore, and the charged fee wasn't refunded.
If you requested the code more than once then you would have needed to have added the last code to come.
Every time you request a code it cancels the previous one so if you then try and put that code in it will be invalid, do that 3 times and its blocked.
You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you. They would probably request that you upload a copy of your card statement to prove ownership of the account as you couldn't manage the code method.
