Adding a different country address

I'm in Ireland and use the Irish postal Service called addressPal. This gives me a uk address for buying products not shipped to Ireland, they then forward to my home address. My question is I'm trying to add the UK address to my PayPal but it's only giving me Ireland, how can I change it so I can add the UK address.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account unfortunately.
