Adding a delivery address that is not my billing address, outside the country in which I live

Living as I do in Ireland, I want to have the facility to use addresses outside the state to take delivery of items which some web-sites will not send to addresses outside their own countries>

What I want to do is to use facilities offered by An Post - the state postal service.

When I tried to add these addresses, PayPal only allowed me to add addresses in Ireland where I live and which is my billing address.

Unfortunately you can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.
