Adding a child

Can I add my teenage child to my account with limitations or can a child have a PayPal account? I’m thinking of something like or similar to a prepaid account, no access to my bank information. Thanks

Sorry, users have to be 18 yrs and older. PayPal do block accounts to check ID.
