Adding Card to PayPal Account - No PP Code Written on Charge Statement... H

So I am trying to add a debit card onto my Taiwan Paypa account.

Waited for them to charge m e $70NT onto my account which they did, but no PP code is written on the description.

I can't verify the card and I lost $70NT.

It is simply charged under a "spending" description.

What do I do?

In a lot of countries paypal only accepts credit and not debit cards.

If you try a credit card then it may work?

Any un-used codes / deposits not used are refunded after 30 days.
