I have repeatedly tried to add my Bank Account details on Paypal. When I try it errors 'unable to add bank account'. I have sent Paypal messages and they say someone will call me. No one calls. They also said wait 72 hours and try to submit the bank details again. I've done that and still Paypal's IT system blocks me adding the details. This is frustrating and costing me money. Paypal's messages are very apologetic but empty words,
