Add phone number

Hello,

I am trying to add a US phone number to my account .  But the account will not let me. What is the problem?

Because your paypal account is registered in Egypt !!!

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
