HI. I contacted the message center regarding on the adding and removing card issue on my account. Message center told me to wait for 5 business days after I complied the requirements needed but its been 2 weeks and I have not received any reply.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
