Add Suffix JR to my name

Hi! I would like to add JR to my name. I did not add it when creating the account.
I can provide government ID and birth certificate
Its my name since birth so I don't have deed poll.
I'm not married so I can't provide marriage certificate or divorce certificate.

I can't add my gcash because I have the JR to my name in it.
