I received this email today not certain if it is legit or not. Even though I have the same notification on my Paypal account, after logging in from google, I'm still hesitant to comply. Seems unusual to me that Paypal gives me only 12 days to comply. They already have my password, birthdate, security questions and cellphone number, how much more personal info do they need from me?
Same problem here. Hoping to find out if this is real or a scam. Seems very strange and as you said, very little time to comply. Hopefully someone from PayPal will weigh in.
