I have not accessed my account for a long time, maybe last year is last access. I cannot get past the PSD2 (might be a different arrangements of letters). The phone number that is on account is wrong as I changed my number this year with no access to one on account. Everyway I sign in I must past this second stage but cannot due to wrong number. I have tried phoning Paypal but everytime it says cannot deal with this over the phone. Is the a way to have the number changed?
