How to prove my identity if I don’t have taxpayer ID,my account is link with USA and I never lived there..any advice?

If you don't live in the U.S then you should not be using a U.S paypal account.

So close it if you can and open one in your own country if available.

And if i close my acount and open new one,how to transfer money on waiting for me accept..and I can’t accept cause I can’t prove my identity without having SSR number.. In pay pall service nobody is answering on my question..thanks for help anyway

You won't be able to accept those funds, they will go back to the sender as they will be unclaimed 30 days after they sent them.

Then you can give them your new correct email address and they can pay again if they still want to.
