My account was dormant until yesterday when I wanted to transfer money via PayPal to a friend. They can’t verify it is me on my account and now have money stuck in my PayPal account that MUST go back into my bank. How can I do this please?
Im having a similar issue! I have money in my account and they charged a bank account I no longer have access to. Then they put a hold on my account because it was rejected. I have been trying to get help, but the chat supervisor, Jyoti Kumari, is telling me he cant help me unless I submit bank account statements! No matter how many times I tell them I don't have access to that account, they tell me to submit account statements and they can't help me until I do. Won't even transfer me to someone who can help me. Anybody have access to a contact number or some way around the chat support?
