I am currently renting a house, this is the reason why my name isn't same as what appeared in the bill. I've been using paypal since February and now I am having problem receiving money from my clients.
Sorry not sure what you are talking about, are you adding a bank account to verify or trying to withdraw funds and the name on the bank account does not match your paypal account.
OR has i.d. been requested from you?
