Hello, I don't have any document as my documents are in Kenya.

So why is that a problem, as you are using a Kenyan paypal account then presumably you are in Kenya as well?

I am not in Kenya, I am in Tanzania, I use Kenyan phone number, Tanzanian account can't receive funds, that's why I am using Kenyan account.

In that case i guess your account will soon be limited if it is not already as its against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account.

If you don't have documents to prove you live in Kenya and so can use a Kenyan paypal account then the account would be limited.
