Hi PayPal It seems there might be an issue or error with my account. I've given the required personal details to you(proof of address and identity) since I've reached the maximum amount of money I can transact in a year. I gave these details on Tuesday but you asked for them again yesterday and today morning. Yet you told me to wait two or three business days. What could be the issue?
