Morning guys, pliz I really need your help, I can't be able to perform online purchases using my PayPal account . The reason behind is that I haven't been able to linked my visa credit card . I find it hard, I contacted several times customer care desk for help, they replied my messages and urge me to link bank account or visa Card in order to be approved to make online purchases. So I tried on several occasions and my bank/ Visa declined reason my card is not activated to online purchases and due to security , they refuse to activate my card and approved it, then they also raised claim that am away from the country and so to be approved I need to sign some forms after filling, so iam helpless and I need to buy online,pliz help
