Hello everyone, 

i recently joined Paypal , 

today I wanted to receive 10.000 Sek from my friend from Sweden. after that i send money request to her, paypal asked me to provide some information that they need more information .

"You tried to send a payment that was over the sending limits set by European law. To lift the limit, the law requires you to verify your identity."

my account is verified i think,

can someone till me how can i be sure that i'm verified and why paypal asking me these information ?
