Account temporarily locked and there is no support to unlock it

Hi all,
I got a message that my account is temporarily locked, so to able to get some support I logged in with another PayPal account here.
The issue is: all the methods to unlock an account doesn't work:
1. Live chats - due to Coronavirus it's not available.
2. Email message - no option to left the message with a current topic "Password and account access" - only quick FAQ to get in touch with a Call center
3. Greek call center doesn't work - you hear only recorded voice message about Covid and that's all.
4. Last chance to find the way out I tried to get some support in Paypal social networks - so Facebook after some common questions redirected me to the main site Paypal support center.
It's a vicious circle with no way to solve a problem with a blocked account.

Any ideas what else can I do to get my account back?
