Account still says KYC to be activated

Hi,

 

I have activated my account few months back. The home page says "I need to complete my KYC". When I click continue, it takes me to my business account where all the details are submitted and it says "Thank you for submitting KYC. We will revert in 2-3 business days". Its been more than 6 months that I see this status. Any help is appreciated.
