Hi. I got my account blocket to make any transaction last days, I send the documents, I received yesterdat a message from paypal that the identity was verified and I will not have blocikigs for that reason. Today I received a transfer, but when I tried to make one trasnfer to a client, I get the same messge that the trnasaction can be done right know. No customer service from paypal available.. Anybody knows whats is happening?
