Having a problem to sign in with my account i tried many times and i already reset my password but everytime i log in it seems that i need to change my password and because of this routine it seems my account was blocked i want to unblocked my account and retrieved it I already provided my card numbers email address and my phone number which is linked on my paypal account for verification but it seems the paypal didn't recognize or confirm that it was me... Now i can't sign in please help
