Account secondary lockout

Hi All, I am having trouble getting into my paypal account as they are asking me to do secondary verification by:

1. Voice call to a landline number which we do not have anymore (since about 3-4 years ago). We stopped our landline subscription

2. Email to my then (from about 20 years ago) secondary email (email provider is not even around anymore). I have an email account that I use to log in; however it does not seems like an option to send the verification email to my primary email address.

3. Answering security questions --> which i somehow failed

4. My registered credit card number --> which I entered successfully

 

I cannot even contact paypal support, as everytime I log in, it asks me to enter the secondary verification.

 

Can someone help me with other ways to contact paypal support? Thank you.
