Is there a way to recover access to an old account if you no longer have access to the email or phone associated with the account. It does not help that PayPal refuses to allow you customer support until you are logged in. If I can't recover the password I can't access the help lines. it's a circular trap. There must be some way to otherwise verify the account. I just cannot get a straight answer from PayPal.
