Account password breaks every time I log out

Hi all,

 

I've had my PP account (personal) for 8 years now and used it a good deal.

Since a week ago, my password breaks every time I log out.

When I try to log in, PP claims my password is wrong. I am forced to have a code mailed to me, enter that, answer my security questions, reset my password EVERY TIME I want to log in.

And the (new) password breaks again once I log out or get timed out.

Rinse and repeat.

That's very tiring.

 

Wait times at PP support are upwards of an hour, and the callback service never calls me.

I failed at sending an email through the Help Center.

 

Any idea what I can do aside from closing my PP account and starting over?

 

Appreciate any ideas.
