Account on HOLD And i CAN`T DO NOTHING!

I got this notification from Paypal "You can't send, withdraw, or receive. " and they told me to update some info.
BUT MY PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN`T UPDATING BECAUSE THE EDDIT BUTTON IS NOT WORKING.....................
HELP ME PLS!

Try clearing browser cache and cookies and restart device.
