I am unable to login to my account and money was incorrectly sent to this old account. I no longer have access to the email or phone number

For security reasons, without access to the phone number or email, you would need to phone our support team directly. Due to the corona virus (COVID-19) emergency our customer service staff is limited. If you are still unable to log in, I can only suggest that you try reaching out to us via the Help & Contact page on the bottom of the PayPal website. If you are seeing limited options at this time, if you try selecting “Password and account access” on the Contact Us Page, the phone icon will appear during hours of operation.
