Anyone knows how can I log in with my closed email address and inactive phone number? I cannot receive any email to that address and the phone number is also out of work. Generally, the only thing I have is my credit card info(maybe some payment history). Anyway, I cannot pass the validation by receiving any SMS or email, so I cannot log in or reset anything. Does Paypal have a official email address for those people who cannot log in to contact?
