Hey so does anyone know how to unlock an account? I’m so tired of this PayPal stuff but my step daughter is wanting to buy something and I’m locked out 🥺🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s been 3 says and I’ve contacted PayPal 4 times

Guess that would depend on why it was locked and what paypal have asked you to do to resolve the issue?
