I recently moved back from the United Kingdom back to East Africa Kenya.
My account which was created in the UK is currently locked -After several attempts to login having forgotten my password.
Prior to that i have been unable to change the Timezone and Phone number used to setup this account (which is required as last verification for password change).
This makes me unable to access any refunds from previous transactions.
