Account linked to someone else not authorized

Hello - 

Does anyone know how someone I don't know is linked to my paypal account?  How do I remove this person?  I am waiting for customer customer to call me back.  Thanks!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
