My account got limited for security reasons,now paypal asks me to change password, change security questions and to confirm my email address. Almost done but I have already uploaded a proof of email address and that shows "in progress". It is "in progress" days ago and can't use my paypal account to pay on ebay 3 weeks ago. I don't what else I can do. I just want to use my account.
